- butter
- a drop of essence
- milk
- American grapes
- jam

 


Milk is added to the mixture. You leave it on the table to rise. To get the right size, each cake should be 80 grams. The dough should be pulled as if preparing the classic "michetta." Now they are crushed. To prepare Figasciò we need American grapes but they are not currently in season so we’ll use a similar variety. Add the sugar, a spoonful of jam and some butter, and then it is ready to bake. We bake the figasciò at a temperature of 210 degrees for about 15 minutes. Take the figasciò out of the oven and here they are ready to eat.
